The first ever tennis match in the Serengeti took place in Tanzania on Tuesday, December 5 as John McEnroe and Patrick McEnroe played a 10-game pro-set in one of the world’s most famous game parks. The match was halted with the older McEnroe leading 7-4 when a rain storm hit. The event was staged by Insider Expeditions, and Tanzania Tourism who hosted dozens of tennis-loving tourists on the once-in-a-lifetime trip.
